Strength and Stability Foundations
Strength and Stability Foundations is a progressive strength training program designed for beginners and novice gym members who want to build confidence, improve movement quality, and develop a strong foundation for lifelong fitness. All levels are welcome, including those new to exercise or returning after time away.
Participants will learn fundamental movement patterns and foundational lifts—including the squat, deadlift, and bench press—with an emphasis on proper technique, mobility, core stability, and functional strength. Exercises begin with bodyweight or light resistance and progress gradually as participants develop strength, coordination, and confidence.
By the end of the program, participants will have the knowledge and skills to safely perform essential strength exercises and continue exercising independently. Participants who complete the program may progress to Strength Progressions, a follow-up course focused on more advanced resistance training and continued strength development.
Ideal for anyone looking to improve strength, range of motion, movement quality, and resistance-training technique.
