Focusing on getting enough water in your day is vital, but did you know that foods can also help with your hydration needs? This free, online statewide Worksite Wellness Lunch and Learn will highlight some of the most hydrating foods you can eat and recipes to use them in. Katie Godin, RD, LDN from LifeStyle Medical Centers will present a brief presentation and demonstrate how to make a hydrating watermelon salad.
