With flu season upon us, join this free, online statewide Worksite Wellness Lunch and Learn to discover immunity-boosting foods to keep you healthy throughout the holidays. From foods rich in antioxidants to adequate hydration, there’s power in eating the right foods to help keep sickness at bay.

Katie Godin, RD, LDN from LifeStyle Medical Centers will highlight nutrients that support your immune system and simple ways to include them in your regular diet. After a brief presentation, Katie will teach attendees how to make sweet potato nachos. Sign up for the event to receive the recipe!
