Spring 2026 Dates:

The Momentum Blueprint: Building Habits for a More Active You (2 Part Series)
  • (Part #1) 12pm - 1pm - Monday, February 9th, PSU Three Top Room 169

  • (Part #2) 12pm - 1pm - Monday, February 23rd, PSU Three Top Room 169

Do you find yourself setting exercise goals on Monday only to have them disappear by Wednesday's deadlines? Most of us don't lack the desire to be active; we lack a system that survives a busy day. This two-part workshop moves away from vague resolutions and provides you with a practical blueprint for building consistent habits. Instead of relying on willpower, you will learn how to engineer your environment and schedule to make exercise the path of least resistance.

What You Will Gain:

  • Precision Planning: Convert "get healthy" into a SMART process goal tailored to your specific schedule and needs.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use a two-week "trial period" to identify exactly which barriers are standing in your way.
  • Automation Strategies: Learn to use "If-Then" logic to handle late meetings, travel, and fatigue before they happen.
  • Environmental Cues: Change your surroundings to nudge you toward activity without extra effort.

Stop starting over. Start building momentum.
