The latest version of the Personal Training & Wellness Program at HPFS is designed to empower participants in achieving their wellness goals, covering essential aspects such as strength training, cardiovascular fitness, nutrition, and accountability.
Program Overview
- Session Format: Our personal training program follows a 7 and 14-week session structure, providing a focused and effective approach to personal training.
- Cost:
- Each 7-week session is priced at $140.00, inclusive of all program components and services.
- Each 14-week session is priced at $280.00, inclusive of all program components and services.
- Location: All personal training appointments take place at our Varsity Gym location, ensuring a dedicated and well-equipped space for your fitness journey.
- Certified Trainers: Rest assured, our program is conducted exclusively by certified Personal Trainers from HPFS, ensuring expert guidance and support.
Session Components
- Weekly Personal Training Appointments
- Enjoy two 30-minute personal training sessions per week during the session dates.
- Choose between M/W or T/R set times for the duration of the session.
- Make-Ups Week: Benefit from an opportunity to "make up" 2 missed workouts for sessions 1 & 2 (7 weeks) and 4 missed workouts for session 3 (14 weeks).
- Workout Plans
- Access individualized workout plans conveniently stored in a shared Google Drive, tailored to your specific fitness goals.
- Consultation
- By assessing a client's fitness level, health history, exercise preferences, and in-depth goals, trainers can design a tailored program that will be both effective and enjoyable.
- Nutritional Counseling
- Consider optional nutritional counseling, available virtually or in person, through AppWell's Interprofessional clinic.

- January 20th - March 5th (Week 1 is a consultation week with physical assessments and goal setting, weeks 2-7 are two 30-minute training sessions.)

- March 16th- May 1st (Week 1 is a consultation week with physical assessments and goal setting, weeks 2-7 are two 30-minute training sessions.)

- January 20th - May 8th (Week 1 is a consultation week with physical assessments and goal setting, weeks 2-14 are two 30-minute training sessions.)
