Flow & Yin Yoga — 1:00 - 2:15 p.m. Fri

Flow & Yin Yoga is a sweet blend of flow and yin. About half of the class uses a breath-based vinyasa flow to build strength and flexibility, challenging your balance and concentration, and harnessing that energy to promote inner stillness and peace. Ranging from a gentle therapeutic pace to a mildly vigorous pace, you will be calmy energized. The other half of the class finds you down on the mat holding yin poses for longer periods, targeting the connective tissue of the body to help release deeply stored tension. The two styles together are amazingly transformative.

  • Location: Room 6

Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Slow Flow Yoga — 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. Tue

An all-levels, slower-paced class focused on mindfully moving and breathing, allowing time to explore poses and cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, and calm. A good fit for anyone looking to de-stress and recharge, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa yoga and more flow than Hatha.

  • Capacity: 10

Barre — 5:15 - 6:00 p.m. Tue/Thu

Incorporating elements from Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga, Barre is a full-body workout that uses the ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements, to build strength, while increasing flexibility, coordination, and control. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small-range movements. A highly effective low-impact, full-body barre workout. For 45 minutes, you will be guided through a series of low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to improve your flexibility while strengthening and toning your body.
